Waste of time

I headed out to Burlington Square today and had my time utterly wasted as an MLM scheme was presented to me.

Sum it up, the answer is: NO. But I had to act excited so we all could leave the God forsaken building.

How am I going to face that scammer tomorrow. I'll just say no. Can it be that hard? I should not play Mister Nice Guy.

Business is really not my thing. At least "I wasn't born yesterday."

Let me get straight to the point.

I went to Francesca's party and gave her a nice present and card though my gift wrapping was seriously sucky to the max. Like notebook paper? Huh. The thought that counts, kay? Got her some nice cosmetic stuff from Nivea.

It was all fun drinking on a Wednesday. And slept on the floor at 2 AM ~ish when I was done because hey, I'm getting more and more used to givin' lubb to the ground. You could almost say I'm training for NS. BMT boys, kiss my milkshake.

I woke up a bit after 6 AM: groggy. It was just KY, Irfannafri and Franca in the house.

Ouch, hangover.
I was thinking to myself... how do I carry myself off THIS time? I had a meeting at like 7.30? I told K and Ir that I looked like "a little slut." Eat that ZY, my twin brother. =)

I took a Bus 67 which ... was a bumpy ride kind of. My hangover made me so uncomfortable. Had to gentle tap a snoozing man's thigh because he did not let me get off my seat. Teehee.

I was early by 15 minutes so I sat inside the plaza and checked my sexy ass self in the mirror and ... hoped I smelled OK. I had that whole post-party look going on. The hair, untucked shirt.

Meeting was fine. It turns out, the coffee I drank cured my hangover... I think. People say its a myth and stuff, but hey, I pulled through the meeting... which I dunno why I went in the first place. No namedropping. =)

Turns out I could go home and do my stuff at home. Work from home. Yay. Rockin'. So I have some spare time. I finished watching an episode of Charmed. Gonna catch up with Project Runway S6E03. Eat lunch first. Then continue my work. It's such nice weather to work now. And I would go mad if I saw the same ONE face over and over.

Persevering is hard, no one said it was going to be easy, but I can do it.
